the location had good access to nearby sights. staff were friendly. we were able to order dinner despite arriving late and without reservations..
bathroom door did not close, i had to use a wedge to keep it shut. there were no sockets near a mirror to dry hair. breakfast choice was quite small.

Check in was easy. The bar area was nice, i could relax there. The room was very comfortable. There was ample parking available, helpful for me.
The tv didnt work, i asked for help to resolve it but the staff werent interested.

the staff accommodated a late arrival, after a hike took longer than planned. i really appreciated that. the breakfast included items to order and a buffet, giving good choices. free parking was available. the location served well as a base for exploring the area (i drove from inverness to glasgow).
